This group is for those South Africans who are living overseas and are experiencing the myriad of grieving that many of us go through – with the loss or impending loss of loved ones in SA, the grief we feel for our beloved land that is systematically being destroyed, the grief we feel for not living in SA the place we love any longer, the loss we feel for our network and support systems with our close friendships and families no longer being around us, the loss we feel as we try to integrate into a new culture and lifestyle, so different from our own… As you can see there is a lot we’re dealing with. Come and chat about what you’re experiencing as there are so many nuances to each of our experiences. We’re here to support you.
